- Payment and Refunds

Refund

A cancellation request is made by the Participant within 7 days prior to the scheduled start date of the Activities.
The Activities are canceled by Could learning be so simple due to unforeseen circumstances, including but not limited to inclement weather, facility closures, or instructor unavailability.
The Participant is unable to participate in the Activities due to documented medical reasons or other extenuating circumstances, subject to review and approval by Could learning be so simple.
- Refund Process
2.1. Participants requesting a refund must submit a written request to Could learning be so simple via email or through the designated communication channel, specifying the reason for the refund and providing any supporting documentation, if required.
